Role Overview


The Lead Generation Specialist owns mid-market pipeline creation and works in close partnership with Sales to ensure revenue targets are supported by consistent, high-quality demand.


The role is responsible for designing and executing demand generation programs that translate directly into sales opportunities. Performance is measured by pipeline impact and quality, not activity volume.



Responsibilities



  • Own pipeline creation for the mid-market segment

  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, social, email, outbound, webinars, events, and partnerships

  • Build and manage automated and AI-assisted outbound programs

  • Own the demand generation budget, including planning, forecasting, and spend allocation

  • Justify budget requirements and demonstrate return on investment through clear reporting and analysis

  • Partner closely with Account Executives on sales-led initiatives and campaign execution

  • Align with SDR teams to ensure outbound and market-response efforts follow defined playbooks

  • Track performance, optimize continuously, and report clearly on pipeline contribution and ROI



Measurement & Accountability


Success in this role is evaluated on:



  • Consistent creation of sales-accepted pipeline aligned with revenue goals

  • Lead quality and downstream conversion performance

  • Efficient use of budget with demonstrated ROI

  • Effectiveness of alignment with Sales and SDR execution
