Hourly Rate: $19.00 per hour

Hours: Up-to 20 hours per week

Start Date: Early August 2025

Schedule: Flexible schedule with extended travel and overnight stays

• Lead team toward success by fostering collaboration, resolving issues proactively, and making informed decisions to overcome challenges and meet goals.


• Travel reliably to all assigned store locations, demonstrating strong punctuality and time management skills.


• Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays and fixtures while strictly adhering to the client’s quality and branding standards.


• Following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized.


• Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships.


• To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.

• Has proven ability to lead a small team, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and serve as the primary liaison between team members and leadership


• Is flexible with hours, including occasional extended shifts and last-minute scheduling as needed based on project demands


• Has a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle and is able to travel up-to 5 hours


• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.


• Has adequate merchandising experience in a gas and convenience, or big box setting.


• Has a self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
