At FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg East, we’re looking for a Lead Service Advisor—part customer hero, part teammate coach, part organizational wizard. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers, the calm voice that solves their challenges, and the go-to guide that helps our Service Advisors shine.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the front line of awesome—greeting customers, writing up service orders, explaining repairs, and making sure everyone leaves smiling.


• Turn “uh-oh” moments into “all good” ones by keeping customers updated and confident in the service they’re getting.


• Back up your fellow Service Advisors—jumping in on escalated situations, coaching on upselling tips, and sharing your secret sauce for customer happiness.


• Team up with our technicians and Parts crew to keep jobs flowing like a well-oiled machine.


• Keep service records so neat and accurate they’d make Marie Kondo proud.


• Help create a team environment where advisors feel supported, valued, and ready to crush it every day.


• Make sure the service area is looking sharp—because a tidy shop = happy team = happy customers.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Service Advisor (bonus points if you’ve been around motorsports, automotive, or powersports).


• A people-person who can explain technical stuff without the jargon.


• Someone who’s not just a team player, but also a team lifter-upper.


• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple “what’s next?” moments without breaking a sweat.


• Computer-savvy enough to handle service systems (extra kudos if you’ve already mastered one).


• A valid driver’s license is a must.
