Since 1981, we’ve supported people from over 100 countries. Each year, we offer services to newcomers of all ages, including refugees, immigrants, refugee claimants, and citizens.

About the Role
The Learner Support Specialist works as part of the Newcomers Essential Skills Training (NEST) Program, a workplace-focused learning experience for adult newcomers. You will support learners one-on-one to identify their goals, navigate challenges, and stay engaged in the program.
This is a hands-on, people-facing role. You follow clear program processes to provide personalized support, help learners access services, and track progress. You work closely with instructors and the program team and bring strong organization, compassion, and a calm, welcoming approach to every interaction.
