Job Description - Leasing Sales Manager

Bruce Leasing one of Atlantic Canada's largest Leasing companies is currently searching for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager. Reporting to the Lease Manager the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading outside sales activities and generating new commercial leasing businesses for automotive and equipment leasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading outside sales and commercial leasing activities for Bruce Automotive Group.
  • Ongoing development and strengthening of the sales process.
  • Recruiting, training, and leading Account Managers.
  • Managing and directing the team of Fleet & Leasing Account Managers, in day-to-day duties.
  • Actively using and managing the companys CRM database.
  • Meeting new and existing clients to provide best-in-class service and support.
  • Developing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales budgets.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing department marketing strategy
  • What we're looking for:

  • University degree or college diploma preferably in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience is a benefit, ideally with 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • A focus on customer service, to solve customer issues.
  • Solid organizational capability, ability to multi-task and excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible, responsive and able to exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to perform as part of a team as well as individually
  • Responsible for the acquisition and maintenance of vehicle inventory
  • Work with dealership locations to grow the in-house leasing portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
