Your Tasks
- Contribute to further development of the Beiersdorf data protection organization, processes and systems in Germany and Switzerland
- Take the lead in ensuring data protection documentation together with selected business functions
- Support in the identification and evaluation of data protection risks as well as in the prevention, detection, reaction to, monitoring and reporting of data protection violations
- Drafting and negotiating of predominantly national contracts (in English language) relevant to the business in Germany and Switzerland
- Supporting theCompliance Officer implementing the Beiersdorf Compliance Program, e. g. revised guidelines, processes, trainings
- Continuous development of our national contract templates
- Consulting on product claims and advertising
- Interdisciplinary internal cooperation with various stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, global Data Protection, etc.)
- Coordination and cooperation with external lawyers
Your Profile
- University degree in law combined with strong IT knowledge or equivalent international qualifications with profound legal skills
- Several years of relevant working experience with data protection and compliance and up to date knowledge of relevant laws
- Knowledge in the field of data protection management (German data protection law BDSG and EU GDPR, Swiss DSG), ideally based on practical experience in this area
- Deeper basic knowledge in the field of compliance management systems and risk management desirable
- Knowledge in commercial contract drafting; unfair competition and cosmetics law a plus
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Motivated, constructive and flexible work attitude
- Proactive, structured and independent working style with an entrepreneurial and digital mindset
- Organisational talent, dynamic, strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
