Licensed Practical Nurse

Correct Staffing Agency seeks a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Kamloops, BC. This role is ideal for a skilled healthcare professional who is passionate about long-term care and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans

Monitor residents' health, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities

Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate records and uphold all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

-Valid LPN license in British Columbia

-BCCNM certification (British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives) is mandatory

-Minimum of 2 years experience as an LPN

-Experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is required

-PCC (Person-Center Care)

-RAI preferred

-Must reside in Kamloops, BC or surrounding areas

-Must have a reliable mode of transportation

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Compassionate and client-focused approach to care

-Must be Canadian citizen or permanent resident
