WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from simple to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef;


• Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations;


• Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items;


• Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies;


• Adhere to the quality standards established within the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• A professional diploma in institutional cooking;


• Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry;


• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques;


• Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency;


• Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.

The hourly range for this role is between19,00$ and 23,00$ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
