Westchester at the Lake is seeking a live-in Building Superintendent who is reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working.

Responsibilities Include:

Cleaning/Maintenance

• Maintain building appearance, daily inspection. Ensure cleanliness of entrance and exit of building, all common areas & corridors, including floor maintenance and general grounds maintenance


• Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance as directed by Property Manager


• Ensure all construction work performed by third-party vendors is completed professionally as tasked

Customer Service/Resident Relations

• Respectively address all Resident questions and concerns in a timely manner


• Always maintain positive relations with all residents


• On-call support for after-hour emergencies on a rotating basis

Safety

• Always ensure resident safety and security


• Promptly respond in a professional manner to all emergencies and document accurately


• Identify any issues and recommend solutions to prevent any incidents

General

• Additional duties as assigned by Property Manager

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a superintendent an asset


• Excellent customer service skills


• Proactive, reliable, dependable and respectful


• Experience monitoring repairs and maintenance work


• Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $32,000.00-$34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift


• On call rotation


• Every other weekend
