We are currently seeking a Live‑In Property Maintenance Technician to join the team at Avalon Park, a vibrant, family‑oriented residential community in Ottawa’s St. Laurent neighbourhood, just east of downtown. This hands‑on role is well‑suited for a dependable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a community of more than 800 residents. As a live‑in team member, you’ll support day‑to‑day maintenance operations and help ensure shared spaces remain modern, well-maintained and welcoming for residents.

Final compensation for this role will be determined based on the successful candidates’ skills, experience, and other job-related requirements.
