Our Supportive Housing portfolio includes multiple programs across approximately ten buildings in the City of Toronto, supporting individuals with lived experience of homelessness and complex mental health and/or substance use challenges. Different programs offer varying levels of onsite support, including intensive case management, harm reduction and addiction supports, therapeutic counselling, 24-hour or on-call staffing, health and nursing supports, life-skills development, and community-building activities.
