We are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering high-performance non-destructive testing solutions for the inspection of critical components. On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear.

Your daily life:

As a key member of the team, you will be involved in managing the shipping and receiving of goods. Your expertise will enable you to ensure inventory control so that manufacturing operations are always optimized.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare commercial documents and organize shipment of orders;
• Follow-up on shipments;
• Participate in reviewing work procedures to optimize processes;
• Ensure the order and proper maintenance of inventory materials;
• Follow Eddyfi quality system procedures and requirements;
• Prepare orders and pack for shipment as required;
• All other related tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• You have a college diploma in transportation and logistics management or a related discipline;
  
• You have at least 3 years' shipping experience in a manufacturing environment;
  
• You have knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations;
  
• You have knowledge of SAP software (an asset);
  
• You have experience in implementing lean projects;
  
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite;
  
• You are a good team player and able to manage priorities;
  
• You are rigorous, autonomous and versatile;
  
• You communicate well in French and English.
