Job Description - Logistics and Plant Supervisor - Construction

Role: Logistics Foreperson

Client: Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: Experience within Residential Construction in Ireland; experience managing logistics, subcontractors, onsite teams, health & safety and quality standards.

Location: Multi-site in Dublin

Salary: Up to €75,000

Our client, a prominent residential developer, seeks a highly skilled Logistics Foreperson to coordinate site logistics and lifting activities on a busy residential development. The role involves managing the flow of materials, plant, and equipment, overseeing site access and storage, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will also supervise lifting operations including cranes, teleporters, and hoists, ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting site teams with timely, high-quality project delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised site.
