Coordinate and/or plan inbound, outbound and return freight transportation
Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers and internal stakeholders regarding freight/deliveries including Red Carpet D2C and B2B shipments
Be responsible for customs clearing and other transport regulatory compliance tasks (dangerous goods, environmental) including transport damage claims
Ensure adherence to transport service levels and KPIs
Freight claims management and record keeping
Support in in other supply chain tasks
What we are looking for
Academic qualification or relevant work experience
3+ years Operations/Transport background preferred
SAP experience preferred
White goods, white glove experience considered a major asset
Good analytical skills
Good interpersonal and account management skills
Well structures Process and e2e thinking
Good IT understanding
Strong communication skills to all organizational levels
