Group Medical is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our logistics and distribution operations. Acting as the central link between Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics partners, this role is responsible for ensuring shipments move efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
Coordinate the daily movement of outbound shipments across multiple carriers and service providers.
Monitor shipment queues to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
Coordinate priority, urgent, and VIP shipments while ensuring service level commitments are met.
Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve delays, delivery exceptions, and carrier issues.
Operational Excellence
Ensure all logistics activities are completed in accordance with established SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Communicate carrier service changes, holiday schedules, and operational impacts to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate shipment documentation and records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports and KPI dashboards.
Conduct routing analysis and identify opportunities to improve transit times, service levels, and transportation costs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Customer Care, Pharmacy Partners, and external logistics providers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as required.
Support the development and documentation of new logistics processes as the business grows.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related operational environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP systems is considered an asset.
Experience in a regulated industry, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environment is an asset.
