As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our US fulfillment operations in Ferndale,WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping labels, Air Waybills (AWBs), and related documentation for daily orders.


• Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.


• Prepare dry ice, ice pack, and ambient-temperature shipments according to established procedures.


• Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain incoming inventory and warehouse supplies.


• Maintain accurate inventory records, including quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations.


• Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, and inventory transfers.


• Track shipments and assist with shipping or delivery issues.


• Coordinate daily fulfillment and inventory activities with the Vancouver Logistics team.


• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and follow all shipping, inventory, and safety SOPs.


• Support other logistics, warehouse and operational activities as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.


• Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other carrier shipping platforms is an asset.


• Experience with dry ice or temperature-sensitive shipments is an asset.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.


• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.


• Dependable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Ability to safely lift and move packages and warehouse supplies as required.

Compensation

• USD $40,000–$50,000 per year, commensurate with qualification and experience


• Semi-annual performance-based bonus

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week


• 100% onsite


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work onsite in Ferndale from the first day of employment
