LPN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting in the overall management of patient needs. This position offers opportunities in LTC , in Vernon.  All shifts available.  Must be local to Vernon. To start as soon as possible.  

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, utilizing a trauma informed, patient centered approach

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Lead training/counseling groups

- Initial and ongoing assessments throughout treatment

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license with BCCNM required


• Valid Negative TB Test or TB Xray


• N95 Mask Fit Certificate


• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Adults Sector


• CPR Level C


• Immunization Schedule
