For over two decades the Company has been providing superior quality aggregate crushing services throughout Ontario, which meets the Ontario Provincial Standards Specifications. The Company employs state-of-the-art crushing equipment’s to manufacture special design mixes and all granular materials, which are useful in roadwork and building construction. By diverting millions of tons of potential material from landfills, the company has implemented a responsible and efficacious practice that sets an example to the entire construction industry and private/public sectors.
Supervise work crews, ensuring proper crushing methods are maintained. Oversee productivity and safety of project.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of Machine Operators and Labourers
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
Inspect work to ensure conformance with specifications
Requisition materials and supplies
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
Train or arrange for training of workers
Prepare production and other reports
Ensure and enforce compliance to all company, client and legislated safety policies and procedures
Any additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by from time to time.

Education and Experience
High school diploma generally required
Prior experience as worker
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Ministry of the Environment guidelines
First Aid and C.P.R. training
Strong mathematical ability
Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license
Working Conditions
Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, additional hours including occasional weekends when required ;
Significant physical effort. Significant exposure to environmental conditions;
Significant travel to worksites.

For this position the Salary range will be between $30- - $31 /Hour
