Lube Technician

Base Wage: $35.76 per hour. Additional premiums apply.
Location: Fort Hills, AB
Schedule: 7x7
This FIFO opportunity provides camp accommodations and travel allowances.

What You'll Do

As a Lube Technician, you'll work alongside a team of skilled professionals performing preventive maintenance services and general shop duties, including:

• Performing oil and filter changes per maintenance specifications.


• Taking oil samples and completing preventative maintenance (PM) checklists.


• Maintaining accurate documentation including FLHAs, hazard assessments, and timecards.


• Conducting general shop and equipment cleaning.


• Supporting safe and efficient work practices across all tasks.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma with 1–2 years of related experience; equivalent education and experience will be considered.


• Mechanical aptitude and interest in working with heavy equipment.


• Proven commitment to workplace safety and safe work habits.


• Strong attention to detail and time management.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.


• Forklift, WHMIS, and TDG certifications are assets — training will be provided for the right candidate.
