Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Maintenance Manager, you supervise our Maintenance team and work with our Rooms Department on routine repairs, improvements and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and systems.

You will be responsible for the administration, preventative maintenance, safety plan and energy improvement, and capital plan development of the department to ensure a smooth operation and minimize liabilities.

Does this sound like you?

You have a keen eye for detail, and respect the importance of health and safety in the workplace. You don’t shy away from physical work and can lift and operate equipment that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Your diverse skillset and time management will be a great benefit. Your 3 to 5 years of experience as a hotel Maintenance Manager or equivalent experience will be a huge asset in this role, as will your experience with project management.
