In this role, you'll be an essential part of a close-knit maintenance team, keeping complex mechanical systems running smoothly in a high-speed production environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and OEM manuals to guide maintenance tasks

• Fabricate or machine replacement parts using lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance using a digital work order system

• Support production teams during runtime to reduce downtime and improve output

• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and reliability

• Comply with all food safety, health & safety, and environmental protocols

• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment and follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures

Who We're Looking For

Red Seal Certified Millwright
Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting (food industry is a plus)
Strong working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems
Hands-on experience with machine tools and welding (MIG, TIG, ARC)
Comfortable using CMMS systems and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel)
Team player with a strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and problem-solving ability

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Electrical or multi-trade experience
Experience in food production or other regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement programs

Schedule & Rotation Info

4-week rotating schedule:

• 4 weeks on afternoon shift (10 AM/10 PM)

• 4 weeks on night shift (10 PM/10 AM)

• Either Saturday or Sunday off weekly

• Shift coverage determined by seniority

• Overtime available and scheduled based on operational needs
