The Maintenance Systems Coordinator will lead the development and sustainment of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Wood Products Canada. They will be the champion for CMMS to help deliver operational excellence through industry-leading maintenance performance.
A day in the life of the Maintenance Systems Coordinator includes:
Coordinate CMMS development and sustainment utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management platform – ‘Octave Attune EAM’
Wood Products Canada representative for the North American EAM Sustainment Team
Lead the management of the EAM platform with IT
Point of contact for EAM integration issues with other systems
Lead systematic management of the EAM platform
Coordinate mill standards, procedures, reporting, protocols, standardization, development and policies for EAM
Create Cognos reports and/or grids to display mill data
Create Work Instructions for EAM Tasks
Onboarding and systems trainer
Act as data steward for all EAM-related data
Representative on Canfor’s Digital Manufacturing Initiative
Owner of flow charts that define roles and responsibilities for maintenance work-flow
Thorough understanding of maintenance needs and work order flow
Member of the ‘Best in Class Maintenance Steering Team’ (BCM)
Administrator of the BCM SharePoint
Shares ownership in Engineered Mill Drawing Repository
Document and share best practices, like winterization lists etc.
Create and report out on standardized KPIs
Assist with the sustainment of a condition monitoring system (Augury)
Other duties as assigned as a ‘one-point of contact’ for Maintenance Systems
For this role, you’ll come equipped with:
Experience supporting systems, training, documentation, and action tracking
Experience with MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and CMMS platforms like EAM
Maintenance background and/or Manufacturing Industry experience are assets
Trade Certification and/or Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in related field are assets
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Well organized with the ability to work independently
The salary range for this position is: $79,450.00-$113,500.00
