Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible to provide machine and tooling support on all manufacturing and distribution equipment to ensure highest possible uptime and minimize impact of machine downtime on production. You will take the upmost care in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and validation of machines and equipment. As a technician you will be a leader in facilitating knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities encompass not only providing technical support but also actively collaborating with leadership to implement innovative ideas and strategies that enhance team performance and allow for operation excellence. You will have the opportunity to continuously learn on the job as manufacturing and distribution teams introduce future technologies and automation processes.
Meet Your Future Team:
You will work under the Manager, Maintenance, collaborating with other maintenance technicians and mechanics to ensure regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance of machinery for optimal uptime and availability. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in installing new equipment as Arc’teryx operations continue to evolve and expand at a rapid pace.
$45 - $45 an hour
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD $45.00- CAD $45.00 hourly at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
