The Manager, Advisor Recruitment Experience (ARE) is a senior leader and subject matter expert accountable for delivering a best-in-class, compliant, and strategically aligned recruitment and onboarding experience for advisor practices transitioning to IG across Canada.
Working in partnership with senior leaders, this role serves as the primary relationship manager throughout the recruitment lifecycle and the advisor's first 90 days, leading complex candidate evaluations, due diligence and risk assessments, onboarding strategy, and recruitment operations. The Manager acts as a trusted partner to Business Development, Regional Vice-Presidents (RVPs), Regional Offices, Compliance, Licensing, and key enterprise stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of recruiting and onboarding activities.
This position plays a critical role in advancing IG's growth strategy by balancing exceptional candidate experience, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business priorities. The role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex situations while driving strategic initiatives, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Bilingualism (English and French) is preferred.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $77,500 - $105,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
As this position is posted in Montréal, Toronto and Winnipeg, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English.
