Manager - Cloud RAN vDU Physical Layer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience in software development, including roles such as developer, team leader, project manager, or line manager. Strong, results-oriented leader with a proactive, empowering, and pragmatic approach to driving sustainable solutions. Experience with radio baseband, radio protocols, or real-time embedded/DSP programming is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals. Solid understanding of the telecom industry and its future direction. Deep interest in the evolution and success of Layer 1 products. Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies; passionate about teamwork and continuous improvement. Excellent communicator with the ability to work across organizational boundaries and inspire teams. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities. Business- and customer-focused, with high accountability and delivery mindset. Proven coaching, mentoring, and negotiation skills.
