Be part of the team that drives the achievement of our strategic objectives. You’ll work collaboratively with a team of professionals, managing the performance and risk profile of Bell, balancing the needs of customers, investors and team members with long-term business success.


 


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage a team of 9 individuals

  • Responsible for ensuring that Credit Portfolios are managed to drive reduction in receivables, and to achieve or exceed DSO and Collection Objectives

  • Review individual team member portfolios monthly and establish collection goals

  • Monitor key accounts on collection portfolios

  • Review monthly reports prepared by the team to ensure accuracy

  • Ensure collaborative relationships with the sales and the credit team

  • Manage the credit and collection policy to ensure continued alignment with objectives

  • Cultivate and encourage an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork

  • Monitor credit limit over a certain threshold

  • Prepare quarterly AFDA Reports and identify high risk accounts

  • Manage compliance with Bell’s workways policy
     

Critical Qualifications


  • 5 years experience in a Senior Credit and Collection role

  • Able to interpret financial reports, DSO, AFDA etc. to manage and drive key performance indicators and targets

  • Thrives under deadlines and high pressure situations while managing multiple competing priorities

  • Demonstrates leadership skills combined with an attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • Credit Designation (CCP) an asset


 


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
