What You'll Do

• Be the Face of TELUS Health: Represent our Pension Plan Administration team to current clients and during exciting submissions

• Drive Innovation: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our department, always staying ahead of industry practices to bring fresh ideas

• Lead by Example: Act as a senior service manager for client accounts, providing top-tier service and support

• Mentor and Guide: Supervise and inspire team resources to achieve exceptional results

• Project Excellence: Support the team in executing a variety of mandates and projects, ensuring successful outcomes

• Finance Mastery: Develop and manage budgets for your mandates, ensuring compliance and efficiency

• Client Satisfaction: Elevate client satisfaction by truly understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions

• Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to our processes for better performance

• Business Growth: Foster new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with potential clients

What You Bring

• Experience: Over 12 years of relevant experience backing your expertise

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Administration, Actuarial Science, or another relevant field

• Organizational Ace: Exceptional organizational, control, and planning skills

• Problem Solver: Sharpened analytical skills to tackle and resolve challenges

• Communication Pro: Stellar communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships

• Leadership: Strong team management skills with motivational leadership

• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills ensuring client satisfaction

• Language Proficiency: Command of both French and English, spoken and written

Salary Range: $ 110,000 - $130,000
 

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
