Finance Business Partnering & Decision Support
Act as a primary FP&A business partner to senior leaders, providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
Proactively engage stakeholders to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating financial data into clear and actionable insights.
Support leadership with ad‑hoc analysis related to growth initiatives, restructuring activities, compensation changes, and investment decisions.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and working versions for Product Centre teams
Prepare monthly financial presentation materials to report on the department’s status against, and ability to meet, its financial, strategic, and operational objectives
Manage and validate commission models and calculations, including budgeted commissions, true‑ups, and complex compensation structures.
Management Reporting & Performance Insights
Prepare and review monthly financial reporting materials, including performance summaries, variance explanations, and executive‑level commentary.
Contribute to consolidated reporting and performance dashboards used for senior management reviews and board‑level materials, as required.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence decision making
Strong experience in financial modelling, planning, forecasting, and executive reporting
Proven ability to translate financial data into clear business insights for senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred

Salary Range
The base salary for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
