Master\u0027s degree. 11-15 years of progressively responsible experience in infrastructure, operational technology, or industrial technology roles. Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects, programs, and portfolios in mining or industrial environments. Proven success managing cross\u2011functional and globally distributed teams, including engineers, project managers, technicians, and vendor partners. Strong background in applying PMO methods (risk, change, portfolio, and strategic management). Experience integrating and deploying mining\u2011specific technologies such as autonomous vehicles, tele\u2011remote systems, predictive maintenance platforms, IIoT, and environmental/geotechnical monitoring. Hands\u2011on experience with regulatory and safety frameworks (MSHA, ISO 55000, IEC 62443, cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS/SANS 20, ISO 27001).
