THE POSITION
The Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for all advertising campaigns relating to CSEC sports brands to achieve sales targets and brand marketing goals. The successful individual will act as a liaison between departments and key internal stakeholders to achieve business goals and build out successful campaigns.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work closely with the Director, Marketing to provide strategy, planning and insight to Integrated Marketing campaign executions.
Oversee the development, trafficking and results of all sales focused advertising campaigns for CSEC brands including Single Game Tickets, Season Ticket Membership and other various ticketing products
Develop and implement integrated media plan for CSEC brands and the sales campaigns
Assist in data analytics, reporting and optimizing campaigns to effectively communicate and present results to key stakeholders.
Work within a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to pull key insights and create audience segments for targeted campaigns.
Work directly with the organization’s CDP provider (Tradeable Bits) to utilize the platform effectively and maximize campaign results.
Act as the main liaison for department stakeholders (including team business ops, ticketing, and sales) on sales campaign strategy.
Work closely with Mgr, Brand Marketing on development of other campaign build outs as required
Oversee the integrated marketing specialist campaign executions and give direct guidance on overall digital marketing strategy.
Lead with external agencies and consultants with relation to CSEC campaign performance and execution
Perform other related brand marketing and promotions duties as assigned.
Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices;
All other duties as assigned.
THE INDIVIDUAL
The ideal individual will have the following background:
Minimum 3-5 years of integrated & performance marketing and digital advertising campaigns
Experience in sports branding and marketing
High rate of fluency with digital and social media ad managers such as Meta, X, Google and like products
Knowledge of data driven trends in digital advertising and industry standard practices and language
The ability to multi-task and perform under pressure while meeting deadlines is crucial
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Intermediate to advanced skills using all Microsoft platforms is considered a strong asset.
