Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager, Marketing & Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for execution of various marketing activities and driving continuity between all marketing and communication channels. Responsible for trade and contract operations including pricing and contract management, strategic planning, sales reporting, analysis and forecasting. Work in close collaboration with Commercial, Logistics, Portfolio and Finance to ensure the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner, manage contract compliance and reporting. This position will report to the Associate Director, Commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead various marketing activities to drive brand awareness and continuity amongst marketing and communication channels.
Prepare supporting documents for quarterly and year-end audits. Participate in the quarterly and annual reviews and external audits by completing account analysis, as assigned by department management
Preparation of monthly and quarterly sales reports for the Canadian management team.
Product launch communications are prepared in time for commercial launch.
Communications demonstrate a positive workflow and relationship with both internal and external vendors
Monthly reporting is finalized within 10 days of month end.
Responsible for commercial operations activities including commercial contract submission and management, sales reporting and analysis and wholesaler relationships.
Work in close collaboration with Sales team to ensure the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner.
Manage the submission of contracts as well as their compliance.
The corporate team meets the commercial targets defined budget plan.
Demonstration of corporate values in encouraging teams to meet goals.
Effectively lead and develop the Commercial Associate(s)
Coordinate commercial product launch planning with Portfolio department
Collaborate on the commercial budget planning process and monthly update process.
Effectively communicate amongst departments ensure goals are understood and met.
Proactively provide sales data for sales and logistics planning
Demonstration of corporate values in encouraging teams to meet goals.
Positive initiative to ensure other departments are informed of latest data to support their goal attainment.

Degree in a scientific discipline is required.
(4+) years of experience
Excellent organizational and technical skills including:
Ability to prepare routine reports, PowerPoint decks and correspondence.
Ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret sales and expense data.
