Role Description:
Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Communication, Office Canada the Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for all marketing, communications and event strategy, planning, management, and execution for the downtown Toronto office portfolio. The diverse and exciting portfolio totals 4.2 million square feet and includes assets Commerce Court, Southcore Financial and The Kings, 145 & 200 King St W.
The Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager will work with the property teams and other members of the National Office team in the execution of marketing & communication strategies designed to elevate the QuadReal brand, drive consistency in how we engage with our Customers and community and ultimately provide a best-in-class experience for those who work at or visit a QuadReal office property.
Please note that this is an 18 month contract opportunity.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
