Vendasta is looking for a Manager of Sales Enablement to lead our efforts in equipping our global sales organization with the tools, training, and strategies needed to achieve and exceed their goals.



About the Job

As the Manager of Sales Enablement, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives results. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop training programs, optimize processes, and ensure our sales team has the resources and support they need to succeed.



Your Impact


As the Manager of Sales Enablement, you’ll collaborate across departments to:



  • Develop Sales Enablement Strategy: Create a strategy that aligns with Vendasta’s sales objectives and growth targets.



  • Sales Training & Onboarding: Design and implement onboarding and ongoing training programs to reduce ramp time and enhance skills, including methodologies, product knowledge, and sales processes.



  • Content Development: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks that communicate product value and messaging effectively.



  • Sales Communication & Collaboration: Foster alignment across teams with regular communication channels, sales meetings, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing sessions.



  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance sales enablement strategies.



  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to analyze and refine the sales process, monitor key performance metrics through dashboards and reports, and evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.




What You Bring to the Table



  • 7+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, with preferred 3+ years in a sales enablement, sales training, sales leadership, or product marketing role.



  • A proven track record of success within a sales organization.



  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.



  • Management experience and demonstrated coaching ability.



  • Deep understanding of current sales learning and development trends.



  • Passion for training and creating impactful learning environments.



  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.



  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.



  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.



  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and systems.
