Manager, Service Delivery

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Manager, Service Delivery to oversee and improve the end-to-end delivery of our services, ensuring high standards of performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service teams, coordinating with various departments to optimize service delivery processes, and proactively addressing and resolving any service-related issues. Key responsibilities include monitoring service performance metrics, implementing service improvement initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in service management and a proven track record of driving service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

Service delivery

Agile/SCRUM frameworks

Program Management

Project Management

Managing web/mobile projects

Loyalty Programs experience

Customer experience strategy exposure

Agile Certified Practitioner an asset

PMP Certification an asset
