You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
How you will contribute
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

What you need to know about this position:
Main Responsabilities:
1. Support NA sugar and Dairy strategy development and implementation
Analyze regional spend data and understand the business needs.
Provide regional market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities.
Develop sourcing strategy with implications on the region (e.g. productivity, cash, innovation & sustainability).
Define the supplier negotiation strategy at country, and/or regional level.
2. Support strategy execution at regional and local areas
Prepare and plan for any of the regional bids, and co-lead regional or global negotiations.
Lead supplier performance evaluation process and developing appropriate action plans in alignment with internal stakeholders.
3. Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance as per Procurement policies
Work in close collaboration with local BU procurement operations to ensure local implementation of new contracts, and extended value generation to increase operation service level.
Coordinate contract implementation tasks with regional and local Procurement operations and users.
4. Support supplier relationship management and risk management
Continuously track supplier performance to meet OTIF / RFT target.
Lead supplier development activities, set-up cross functional review meetings with suppliers in order to improve performance and innovation projects.
Education / Certifications:
Minimum with Bachelor’s degree in commercial & business related subject, i.e. E-commerce, Finance or Accounting, Int’l business, Marketing, Economy, etc..
Master degree or MBA is preferable
Job specific requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain (Technical or Sourcing). Experience with sourcing is a plus, experience in Raw materials and or project management is preferred.
Experience of managing through multi-functional and multi-cultural projects and teams, preferred in FMCG.
Business acumen and Entrepreneurial spirit.
Spanish speaking is an asset
Travel requirements: From 10% to 15%
