About the Position

• Lead the preparation and review of tax engagements for corporations, individuals, estates and trusts


• Manage special tax projects, providing creative solutions and technical expertise for unique client situations


• Develop tailored tax strategies and provide advisory services for succession planning, estate planning and business reorganizations


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, timely communication, and a commitment to delivering value


• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to knowledge sharing and a collaborative team environment

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role with an emphasis or specialty in Tax


• CPA Designation


• Completion or in the process of completing the In-Depth Tax Course


• Ability to work well independently and collaborate with others


• Ability to find creative solutions to solving complex problems
