Main Responsibilities

70% Work on BI projects and platform.

20% Data foundation setup and management.

10% Global projects and ad-hoc activity.

• Key member for China Fusion (Foundry) projects for Business Dashboards implementation and rollout, including but not limited business understanding and requirement output, dashboard design, data validation and acceptance testing, user training and operation management.
• Leverage Power BI or equivalent visualization platform complementing with Fusion to set up business analytics capability for China, e.g. Customer 360 analysis for customer persona and engagement effectiveness, Sales report and Forecast, and etc.
• Work with BTS to design and build datasets in terms of business analysis and data needs in a sustainable manner.
• Work with Global teams (BTS and CEx) for global WWD projects, identify, communicate, and manage the commons and differences between global and local metrics.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify potential risks, opportunities or patterns, e.g. DDI landing, Campaign effectiveness analysis, and etc.

• Bachelor's or above degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven work experience with 5years + as a Data Analyst in healthcare industry.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and application, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar. Experience in Foundry (Palantir product) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, and with systematic thinking.
• Project management skills.
• Fluent English in both written and verbal.
