Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Associate who must be an exceptional team player who can motive, inspire, and work together with the store team

KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute visual merchandising standards, floor sets, product placement, signage, and promotional displays.


• Maintain strong visual presentation across the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is organized, appealing, and aligned with brand standards.


• Support window changes, seasonal launches, promotional updates, and merchandising initiatives.


• Regularly replenish and merchandise products to maintain full, organized, and commercially effective displays.


• Identify visual opportunities and adjust product placement to improve presentation and support sales.


• Maintain strong product and fashion knowledge, including current trends, styling, and key merchandise.


• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and recommendations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.


• Partner with Store Management and the team to execute visual priorities and achieve store sales goals.


• Ensure pricing, signage, displays, fixtures, and promotional materials are accurate and properly positioned.


• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.


• Support inventory, stockroom, product replenishment, and floor recovery as required.


• Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and Loss Prevention practices.


• Support POS and other operational responsibilities as required.


• Maintain flexible availability based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Previous Visual Merchandising, retail merchandising, fashion retail, or related experience preferred.


• Strong understanding of visual presentation, product placement, styling, and merchandising principles.


• Strong fashion sense with knowledge of current trends and customer preferences.


• Customer service and sales experience in a retail environment.


• Ability to execute floor sets, merchandising guidelines, and visual directives accurately.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards.


• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how merchandising can support sales performance.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.


• Comfortable receiving feedback and making adjustments based on business and visual needs.


• Ability to perform physical merchandising tasks, including moving products, arranging fixtures, and standing for extended periods.

 PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES

• Ability to work a flex schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability)


• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed


• Ability to climb step stools and ladders


• Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time


• Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination


• Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings


• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for long periods of time. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
