Infoya is growing its Quality Engineering (QE) Services team
in Canada and we’re looking for
motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a
career in software quality and testing.

Office Location: Toronto

Employment Type: Permanent

Role Type: New position – current requirement

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Position Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases and testing
  scenarios 
  
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and
  sanity testing 
  
• Identify, document, and track software defects 
  
• Work with developers and stakeholders to
  investigate and resolve issues 
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as
  stand-ups and sprint planning 
  
• Support SDLC processes 
  
• Help improve testing processes and quality
  standards 
  
• Maintain testing documentation and
  reporting 
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
  Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 2+
  years of manual software testing experience within Software Development
  project team 
  
• Experience
  working with CI\CD pipeline and defect management tools.  
  
• Experience
  with different types of Testing (Manual, Front end, Web testing, UI,
  Regression, Functional, SIT, UAT) 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Test Automation experience with Selenium / web
  driver IO / REST Assured/Postman or similar tools 
  
• Hands on knowledge with automation
  frameworks like Cucumber /Behaviour Driven Development/TDD/TestNG Test Case
  Development skills and experience with QA methodologies 
  
• Hands on experience with coding languages like
  Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python 
  

Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 CAD/ year

The final compensation offered will depend on local market
conditions and geographic location, as well as job-related factors such as the
candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and
education/training. Compensation may also include additional components such as
benefits, and/or other incentives, where applicable. In accordance with new
