Manufacturing Engineer

This is a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer role suited for an early-career engineer who wants broad exposure across manufacturing, production support, and cross-functional engineering operations in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Support day-to-day manufacturing and production engineering activities across prototype, pilot, and production builds
  


• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, assembly procedures, inspection criteria, test processes)
  


• Support troubleshooting on the production floor and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions
  


• Assist with engineering change implementation and ensure documentation is accurately updated and controlled
  


• Track tasks and coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external suppliers using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, consistency, and process reliability
  


• Work closely with hardware, software, testing, and operations teams in a cross-functional environment
  

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computer, Chemical, Biomedical, or related) or near graduation
  


• Co-op or internship experience in manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering environments strongly preferred
  


• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar task/project tracking tools
  


• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and real-time problem solving
  


• Exposure to manufacturing documentation, testing, or quality processes is an asset
