Manufacturing Process Engineer Position Purpose and Objectives

This position requires a solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative leadership approach. You will be a strong advocate for change and drive process improvement throughout your area of responsibility.
Key responsibilities include driving improvement to meet our corporate strategic plan, including growth strategies, as they relate to manufacturing operations.
The Manufacturing Process Engineer at Thomson-Gordon Group, reporting to the C.O.O., is an integral part of the Operations team, defining and improving our process and technology capabilities within manufacturing operations. In this role, the right candidate will be responsible for the following:
