DIRTT is seeking detail-oriented and timely go-getters to work in our factory's! Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.  Weekly schedules will be assigned based on production requirements.

As a Manufacturing Team Member in As a Flex Team member, you’ll become one of our most knowledgeable and versatile employees across the Casework, Woodshop, Metalshop, and Primer facilities. You’ll gain experience across multiple operations, develop new skills, build relationships throughout the business, and create opportunities for future career advancement. The Flex Team isn’t just another assignment; it’s a pathway to becoming one of our future leaders.


This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


What You’ll Do:


The Flex Team is called upon when production needs additional support to meet operational demands.



  • Support high demand departments

  • Reduce overtime requirements

  • Keep operations running smoothly and on schedule

  • Minimize operational bottlenecks

  • Your work directly impacts the success of the entire operation

  • Read and interpret basic diagrams, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials to ensure accurate assembly

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to maintain production flow

  • Perform work in compliance with all safety procedures and quality requirements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, consistently using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Take precise measurements to ensure proper fit and alignment of components

  • Report equipment malfunctions, material issues, or defective parts promptly

  • Demonstrate strong manual dexterity and the ability to remain active throughout the shift

  • Communicate effectively and manage time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Utilize basic computer skills for reporting and production tracking as needed


What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment is an asset.

  • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.

  • Comfortable using hand tools, measuring tools, and basic production equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials as required.

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and consistent use of PPE.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
