We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to be the voice and face of our marketing division across various platforms and in person.
Job Description:
As the Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and image. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies, managing our social media presence, and serving as the company's spokesperson. Your ability to connect with our members and convey our brand's message will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Spokesperson Duties: Act as a spokesperson for the company in promotional videos, social media platforms, and at in-person events.
- Rebranding Initiatives: Oversee rebranding efforts, working closely with our graphic designer and IT specialist to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Public Speaking: Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions to agents and franchisees representing the company at various events.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling content for newsletters, press releases, digital campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agents and franchisees, providing support and guidance to promote company values and initiatives.
- Project Management: Act as a project manager for various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution of rebranding and other marketing projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a personable demeanour.
- Experience in branding and rebranding initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site at our office from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Project management experience.
Benefits:
