Grosvenor Property Canada is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a dynamic 8-month contract—an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across high-profile residential and mixed-use developments in Metro Vancouver. You’ll step directly into an active portfolio of projects, working alongside a collaborative, high-performing team, and contributing meaningfully from day one. From campaign execution and digital strategy to sales centre support and brand storytelling, you’ll gain broad exposure across the full marketing lifecycle. Purpose of role
This position is generally responsible for assisting the Project Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing, sales and development functions related to residential condominium, rental and commercial developments in Vancouver.
Key responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability needed. This includes the following; other duties may be assigned as needed within skill sets or if additional responsibilities are added.
Works closely with the Senior Project Marketing Manager on sales/marketing/leasing strategy for each development and investment projects
Coordination with sales, leasing and marketing consultants including idea collaboration, drafting project timelines, assisting with budgets and liaising with the development and asset management teams
Direct collaboration with sales, leasing and marketing consultants in the formulation of all marketing collateral and advertising campaigns
Coordination of presentation centre, model/staged suites, and leasing office to be used for sales and leasing including ongoing maintenance, facilitation of movers, inventory management and various site visits
Completes market research on competitors, markets and best practices and arranges tours of competitive product
Formulation and administration of consultant contracts
Coordination of closings/move-ins, working in conjunction with the customer care teams
Manages purchaser database and internal CRM system
Event planning as it relates to sales/rental launches and early community engagement efforts
Designing corporate brand and marketing materials and managing external designers for more complex jobs, including providing design direction and feedback
Supporting administration on budget reconciliation and invoicing
Researching and writing compelling blog posts, marketing emails and newsletters
Gathers vendor quotations and administers proposals for approval
Creating and curating engaging digital content for social media accounts including maintaining content calendar and identifying new opportunities for social content
Coordinates with Senior Project Marketing Manager on reviewing and providing recommendations on Digital Advertising and Website Analytics Reports relating to our active properties
Responsible for recording keeping and file organization and ensuring all marketing files are saved and uploaded to databases and servers
Participation in Team meetings and meeting setup/organization of catering as

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and/or comparable experience preferred
Track record
1-3 years of development, marketing or real estate industry experience preferred
Basic understanding of Digital Analytics and reports
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Positive can-do attitude with a keen interest to learn
High level of organizational capacity, including ability to manage various schedules and data needs simultaneously
Marketing/Graphic Design experience preferred
Technical skills/knowledge
Proficient knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, Acrobat Pro DC, social media platforms and a network environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
InDesign and Illustrator design experience an asset

The expected base salary range for this role is $55,000 - 80,000. Actual offered salary will depend on experience, skills and qualifications. In addition to base pay, eligible employees participate in various incentive compensation plans, based on individual and business performance as well as a comprehensive range of health and wellness benefits.
