  • Document processes, maintain change logs, and support governance initiatives to ensure sustainable data operations

  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in marketing automation systems and shared environments

  • Support compliance and audit requests by retrieving and analyzing lead acquisition and opt-in data

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate communications related to lead database enhancements and projects

What you bring along:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, database management, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce (reporting, workflows, lead scoring)

  • Experience with data standardization and validation practices and tools

  • Strong analytical skills to include interpreting data trends and identifying root causes

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker)

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical outlook, and familiarity of working with large datasets

  • Experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Ability to interpret dashboards and metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous or evolving processes

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to lead projects while working closely with other team members

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency with API integration, webhooks, and workflow automation tools.
