Assignment :

Develop the company’s communication and outreach strategy through traditional, digital and event media.
Coordinate and plan the actions of the marketing department.

Description :

Develop a common strategy with other members of management to guarantee the growth and profitability of the company.

Manage the marketing team (5 people): recruitment, training, monitoring, etc.

Plan, coordinate and control marketing projects.

Ensure that projects meet performance criteria.

Carry out the annual marketing plan.

Coordinate the creation and management of product brands.

Establish the product marketing plan on different platforms.

Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing communication tools.

Ensure the link between the sales, product and supply departments.

Collect data and analyze the results of marketing actions.

Monitor performance indicators and recommend adjustments.
