Responsibilities & Duties:
Marketing:
- Yearly planning and execution of team marketing calendar
- Create marketing materials for listings (e.g., feature sheets, open houses, coming soon/ just listed/ just sold advertising, social media graphics, email newsletters, etc.) and be the primary liaison with the local print shop
- Manage advertising campaigns for each listing through Meta Ads
- Manage and create engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok) this includes filming and editing video content for reels
- Create and manage content for team blog and website (copywriting involved)
- Pop-by ideas and client appreciation gifts
- Develop compelling marketing for geographic farm areas
- Manage and execute various marketing initiatives (e.g., monthly email blasts, mail drops, community features)
- Development and execution of marketing materials to support client appreciation events and community team charity events
- Document and capture photography/video content at community events and trainings (within the GTA)
Coordination:
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings
- Attend client appreciation events and community team charity events
- Support and strength existing community partnership relationships
- Renewal of marketing platform licenses and agreements (e.g., web domains)
- Assist the admin/operations team with listing/property tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 2-3 years experience in marketing or sales (real estate experience preferred)
- Must be highly organized and be able to maintain multiple ongoing projects
- Be proficient in Social Media Management (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Proficient in filming and video editing
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads Manager preferred
- Proficient in Canva
- Excellent computer skills, highly proficient with MS Office suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent writing, copy writing and editing skills in English
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is an asset
- You are located in the GTA and willing to commute daily to our head office in Georgetown, ON
- Willing to travel to attend team community events and trainings (within the GTA)
- G driver’s license & reliable personal transportation
Compensation is based on experience.
