Marketing Manager

Since 2008, we have been delivering software solutions that connect video, access control, radio, and IoT into a single coordinated response. With thousands of deployments worldwide, we're a trusted vendor in the market. Now we're looking for a Marketing Manager to own how the world sees us and help us generate leads from our global opportunity.

Reporting to the CEO as Head of Marketing, you'll lead a small, sharp team and personally shape Teldio's brand, content, digital footprint, and campaigns. It's a true player-coach role for a passionate experienced maker who writes, designs, edits video, and builds the systems behind the work, who uses AI fluently to help a lean team punch well above its weight and is one to provide the crucial function in company international expansion.

What you will own:

• The Teldio brand and story: voice, positioning, and how we show up everywhere


• Content across the funnel, and the structure that makes it findable: blog, case studies, decks, and product messaging


• teldio.com end-to-end, including the technical build, UX, SEO/AEO, and conversion


• Paid, email, and the analytics that tell you what's actually working


• Social and channel/partner marketing, including alongside our key partners


• Trade shows and events, at home and abroad


• Sales enablement: decks, sequences, and the knowledge base


• Graphic design and video, produced in-house


• The AI systems and internal tools that let a small team do extensive work
