Position: Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Toptable Group is seeking a Manager, Marketing & Communications to manage a brand plan for each of our entities as our restaurant portfolio expands. This new role will be responsible for bringing together all communications, including brand, design, and social media into a cohesive strategy and will champion and execute this strategy to drive business results and connect Toptable Group to new and existing guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the day-to-day supervision, growth, and development of team members Providing a high level of written communication, including collateral, newsletters, press releases, and web copy Manage the overall Toptable Group brand plan and a brand plan for each existing Toptable Group entity as well as new locations Translating high-level brand strategies into concrete, actionable brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies Developing positioning recommendations based on market research Working with internal partners, including communications, design, and social media, to align all stakeholders to the brand plan Managing and enhance the overall Toptable online experience Ensuring consistency of brand messaging across the organization Establishing and overseeing asset management processes and procedures Staying up to date on latest trends and marketing best practices to reach and influence consumers Hosting media dinners and attend evening and weekend events as required REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary degree in business, communications or marketing At least three years of relevant public relations or communications experience Experience with brand development and management, and social media strategy An innovative spirit with the flexibility to work outside the confines of a typical 9-5 job Adaptable with the ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and planning skills A solutions provider with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business problems and implement recommended solutions A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile A passion for food and the hospitality industry is an asset This position will remain open until filled.
