Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and optimize our marketing strategies across all channels, ensuring alignment with our business goals. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive 360 marketing strategy, including digital marketing, content creation, SEO, email campaigns, and social media management. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to offer timely adjustments to marketing strategies. Manage the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Design print ads and publications ensuring brand consistency. Enhance brand awareness in the digital space across all channels. Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting; implement SEO strategies to boost organic search traffic and rankings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including sales, product development, and customer service - to develop marketing strategies and plans. Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing. Manage and refine the organization's social media presence. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications with a focus on continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role with proven expertise in digital marketing and SEO. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience in 360 marketing, including traditional and digital marketing strategies. Exceptional communication and writing skills. Strong analytical and project management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and effectively manage time. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, or other relevant digital marketing tools. Prior experience in the technology or IT service industry. Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
